It’s a cover of “Jamie” by Weezer from the Blue album.
This album released on May 10th, 1994 — about 6 months after I was born. And it is one of my favorites to this day…

Sorry, I found myself looking up some information on the song and album.
So, it turns out that this song wasn’t on the original album, though it was recorded around the same time. It was released a few times on some of their singles in 1994.
Anyway, it’s just one of those songs I’ve always liked and wanted to learn.
